of experience in handling closing activities for thousands
of home buyers, Steve had finally seen enough. The idea

commercial purchase transaction, "I thought to myself,

transaction is legally solid, shouldn't the home buyer
be afforded the same due diligence and protection?"

She has extensive knowledge of the day-to-day requirements
involved in a real estate transaction.
