Home Buying Concept!
While listening to the radio,
I heard The Home Team Advisors' advertisement. After home
searching independently for quite sometime, I immediately
contacted them to find out more. My many questions were
answered promptly. I was very comfortable with the fact
that I would be working with an established team who works
together very well.
We were assigned a Project Manager who asked several questions
to find the location and type of home we desired. They
listened, and quickly began helping us search for our
perfect home. They assigned us a real estate agent who
immediately became familiar with the distinct qualities
of the home we were searching for and did not waste our
time by showing listings we would not like. Once we found
our home, they arranged to have the survey and home inspection.
During the entire process they provided legal counsel
and the attorney also attended our closing.
We
were very pleased with their friendly and professional
service. They were easy to work with and made the
whole process convenient and hassle-free. We were
prepared to close within a matter of weeks! Their
